Anderson, SC| Early Saturday Morning, Center Rock Fire Department, Medshore Ambulance Service, and Anderson County EMS Paramedic responded to Bib Way at Michelin for a one-car motor vehicle accident. It appears the driver hit a tree on the Michelin property and then overturned. The driver was taken to an area hospital for their injuries. South Carolina Highway Patrol investigated this accident. After we searched jail records, we discovered the driver, ARNOLDO ALAIN ROBLERO VELAZQUEZ, was charged with DUI and Driving without a license. Velazquez was released on a PR Bond (Personal Recognizance).
