West Pelzer, SC| Early Saturday morning, around 1:40 am, a driver was killed in a head-on collision on Main St in West Pelzer. The Anderson County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as 83-year-old BOBBY JEAN FOSTER. Foster was attempting to drive around a fallen tree when he collided with another vehicle, resulting in his death. Newly Elected State Rep. Elect Blake Sanders and other citizens were seen trying to clear the roadway of the fallen tree.
