Pendleton, SC| Walker McElmoyle Fire Department, Medshore Ambulance Service, and Anderson County EMS Paramedics responded to the 7200 Block of Liberty Highway for a two-car head-on collision. A Toyota 4 Runner and a Ford Escape hit head-on. Three Patients out of the Ford Escape went to Greenville Memorial Hospital for their injuries. One patient from the Toyota 4 Runner went to the hospital. It’s unclear how this accident happened. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating this accident.
