West Pelzer, SC| West Pelzer Fire Department, Medshore Ambulance Service, and Anderson County EMS Paramedics responded to 101 Main St West Pelzer for a woman who had been hit by a vehicle and drove off. The patient was transported to a local trauma center for further treatment. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating this incident. We will release a vehicle description when it is available.
