Piedmont, SC| Wren and Piedmont Fire Departments, Medshore Ambulance Service, and Anderson County EMS Paramedic was dispatched to the 1100 Block of Highway 86 for a structure fire. Upon arrival, it was discovered to be an outbuilding. The fire was quickly extinguished.
