Anderson, SC| Centerville and Homeland Park Fire Department, Medshore Ambulance Service, and Anderson County EMS Paramedics responded to the 200 Block of Boston Street for a fully involved structure fire. At least one patient was transported to the hospital. Anderson County Fire Department Investigators are actively investigating the cause of the fire.
